NEST Environmental Services has written these plans for clients in most counties of California using web standard formats provided by city/county/fire departments/CUPA web sites. Our plans have been accepted by all agencies.
Information and plans includes: business information, environmental contacts, primary and secondary emergency contacts and telephone numbers, chemical inventories and special information on storage, containers and hazard assessment, facility site evacuation plan/map, emergency response plan and contacts (business, local, county, state, and federal), and emergency response training plan/program.
HMMPs/HMBPs need re-certification every year and re-submitted every three years. NEST provides its clients with a complete plan in a 3-ring binder and all additional copies needed for regulatory agencies.
