Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Phase I and II

NEST Environmental Services prepares Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) following the national standards of ASTM (1527 & 1528) and the State of California. We have two California registered environmental assessors and can provide fast and thorough service. Our clientele include banks, small, and medium size businesses.

NEST provides thorough and fast services through the use of computers to access local, county, state, and federal databases for potential sources of pollution in the vicinity of your facility. NEST provides a bound report of the findings.

NEST REAs have also taken surface soil samples and can arrange to take groundwater samples. We use a certified laboratory to analyze the samples, receive its report and interpret the results and provide recommendations for cleanup, if necessary.
